Vivi has been in the advertising industry for 20 years. In 2011 Vivi was hired by the LEGO Agency, as a creative lead, to develop new and engaging campaigns for kids across the globe. She has since gone on to build a front end innovation team, leading comms innovation within new play themes and play experiences for kids all over the world. Besides that, she headed up a story team, developing branded content for TV and VOD. This year she became the creative lead on all global campaigns for LEGO.
She is very passionate about creative courage. “We need to have and show creative courage, because the world is evolving so fast. We are bringing up kids and bringing up talent. We need to instill some creative courage in them, to truly become the builders of tomorrow. I am lucky to work for – and inside a brand – where we can actually execute creative courage. Fun, imagination, caring and creativity are some of our core values – all really good ingredients for doing great work.” In addition to all her exciting work tasks, she was also a D&AD jury member this year.
