Type design workshop

This session is designed to give you the tools, tips and tricks you need to start making your own standard industry font.

The session/workshop will be a history class, a sketching class and a digitizing class rolled into 2 hectic hours. The session will focus on drawing a handful of letters using one letter to inform how the next letter should look. From your rough sketches you will be guided though the process of digitizing your letters in the program “Glyphs” with the aim of ultimately exporting a working font.
