Ms Egelund Siig has been a leader in excess of 22 years, lately as Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Nordea A/S, Denmark, where she has spent 13 years. Ms Egelund Siig has for eight years been director of the Nordic consultancy KaosManagement, taken part in a number of ministerial think tanks and been on the board of a number of companies, among other Technologisk Innovation.
She is contributing to the public debate on gender equality, diversity & inclusion and writing blogs for the biggest danish newspaper; Berlingske. She is also a member of the international EMEA Diversity & Inclusion network.
