Join a tour of the old, now, and future of the South Harbor District, or ‘Sydhavnen’.
Den Gamle By and Kulbroens Venner will guide you around the current buildings and landmarks of the district while sharing stories about what used to be here, what and who is here now, and what the district will develop into in the future. The tours start at the festival area at 12.15 p.m. and 4.00 p.m. No tickets are needed but limited spots are available (first come, first served) – show up 10 minutes before start times to grab one.

Duration: About 45 minutes.
NB: The tours will be in Danish!

The Occupation Museum will give another tour of the district with a more particular and darker story: “When it rained steel – the harbor catastrophe on July 4th, 1944.”.
The tour will be guided by Søren Tange Rasmussen, head of the Occupation Museum, and start from the festival area at 3:30 p.m. No tickets are needed but limited spots are available (first come, first served) – show up 10 minutes before start times to grab one.
Duration: About 45 minutes.
NB: The tour will be in Danish!
Starting point for the tour is at the Kulbroen camp just besides the DYNAUDIO container-studio. Should be easy to find. Please be there in good time.
