HOW-TO FOR REGISTRATION, BREAKOUT SESSIONS AND OTHER PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Please make your way to Ridehuset, Vester Allé 1, 8000 Aarhus C, where you’ll receive the lanyard giving you access to Creativitity World Forum.
Registrations are open from 7.00 – 8.30am.
Please note that coffee and tea will be served in the coffee marquee outside Ridehuset from 7.00 – 8.30am only. You will not be allowed to bring any drinks into Musikhuset but will be able to purchase coffee once inside. So get there early, get registered and get your caffeine fix!
A cloakroom will be available at Musikhuset. Unfortunately it will not be possible to store suitcases and large bags in the cloakroom.
Aarhus is bike-friendly, easy to get around and all together beautiful. We highly encourage you to walk or cycle whenever you can. However, November weather can be tricky! If you prefer a rain-safe option, we’d recommend you check out the following.

Lunch & Breakout Sessions
Breakout Sessions are possibly the most exciting thing about Creativity World Forum 2017! You get to visit a local Aarhus venue and enjoy a lovely lunch before being treated to creative insights and challenges in an intimate setting with a group of fellow delegates.
Ahead of Creativity World Forum 2017, each registered ticket holder will receive an email with a link to the full, detailed conference programme and the option to book a place at one Breakout Session per day. First come first served – capacity is limited and places will fill up fast so make sure to book a spot as soon as you receive the details in your inbox. See all the sessions available here.
Step-by-step, this is how it works
Sched is the app where you register for the Breakout Sessions you wish to attend. Once you’ve registered for the conference, you receive an email with a link to sign up on Sched. Find the direct link here: https://creativityworldforum2017.sched.com/
If you can’t find a link to Sched? What may be happening is that your email clients are incorrectly filing the Sched emails as spam or junk. Search for an email from “email@example.com” or opt to whitelist emails from Sched.com.

Please note: a conference registration does not give you access to the Network Dinners. Tickets must be purchased separately.
A limited number of tickets is available for the Network Dinners that are taking place at some of the most iconic venues in Aarhus on Wednesday 1 November and Thursday 2 November from 7.30 – 10pm. We’ll even treat you to some extra nuggets of wisdom from top creative minds who will only appear at these dinners….

Anyone with a valid conference registration should join this banger of a Final Party to end the conference of the year on the absolute highest note possible! Details as follows:

Lost & Found
Please go to the Help Desk at Ridehuset to enquire about any lost items. Any items not collected by the end of the conference will not be available to collect later.

REFUNDS AND TICKET TRANSFERS
I’ve just found out that I can no longer attend and I have a really good reason. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer any refunds.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
How do I transfer my registration?
Log in to your Eventbrite account and go to your Tickets page. There, you will be able to edit delegate information. Please remember to update the email address as this is essential for booking on to breakout sessions.
How do I know that my registration and payment has been received?
Once you receive a confirmation email, rest assured – your registration is complete. If you have not received a confirmation email but the fee has been deducted from your account, please get in touch with us via email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
